We have specifically set up this website to enable our customers to shop with us during the current Covid 19 crisis. Shoes can be returned up to 14 days from the date of purchase to our London store ONLY for a full refund. After that, we can no longer accept your returns.

Alternatively, you can call or message us on 020 8458 4661 or 07591 949 480 to arrange a drop-off in the shop in the London branch only. No drop-offs accepted in the Manchester branch.

For Manchester customers, we have arranged a preferential parcel return fee, with PARCEL POWER 07835306961 quoting REF: M&M Shoes.

You will be charged £5 for 1 bag containing up to 3 pairs of shoes payable to PARCEL POWER directly.

Returned items must be undamaged, unused, in its original condition and packaged with all labels and tags still attached. Returns should be clearly labeled with the name, address, and telephone number that was registered at the time of purchase on our website. Failure to do so may result in us being unable to refund the transaction.
Please allow 5-7 working days from receipt of a return for us to process your credit note. Once a refund is processed you will receive a confirmation email.

Please note that the acceptance of the return of a product is in our absolute and sole discretion.
We cannot take responsibility for lost or stolen packages.
